Dave, Devan, and Ryan take an ill-fated trip to the Abaddon Hotel to discuss the 2015 film "Hell House LLC." The crew talk about their general views on found footage movies and whether this film fell below or rose above their expectations. They also share what scenes they enjoyed the most and any aspects of the movie that they felt could have been improved upon. So glad to find someone else that was not a fan of Blair Witch. I saw it at a drive in. My theory-and I did test it to some degree by asking anyone that rented the film when I worked in a video store-is that if the viewer had ever spent any time camping, they hated it, and thought it was beyond stupid. We camped out A LOT. I was taken out of the film entirely and began riffing it, MST3K style, when they followed the river and went in a circle.
